Job Description
We are urgently in need of a Quantity Surveyor.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Technical Civil Engineering, 5 years Road Construction Experience
Must have worked in Lagos
Must be able to communicate in proper and fluent English
Must have strong business writing skills
Must have a strong sense of professionalism to attend external high stakes meetings with executive members of staff
Experience with creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Excellent command of MS Office & MS Projects software (strong Excel & Admin Abilities)
Must Be Highly Experienced in Tendering and Bidding
Must be Highly Experienced in providing Quantity Surveys for Projects
Must be able to properly manage costs on a site
Must be fully licensed and certified/chartered
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Master's Degree is an advantage.
Must be Chartered/ Certified Engineer.
